What happens after I place my order?
Only the first step happens at checkout. Our team takes care of the rest.
1. We authorize your order: A hold is placed on your card for the order amount, but you won’t be charged yet.
2. We set up your T-Mobile activation: New to T-Mobile for Business? We’ll open your business account using the Federal EIN provided at checkout and set up your new data lines. Already a T-Mobile for Business customer? We’ll add the new lines to your existing account using your Billing Account Number
3. Once activation is confirmed, we prepare your Hawks: We charge your card, insert the activated SIM into each camera, then pack and ship your order.
4. Added Staging & Kitting? We’ll also create your O-KAM Pro account, pair and label each camera before it ships. When it arrives, just mount it and open the app.

Do I need to switch my company's phones to T-Mobile?
No. The T-Mobile activation is only for your Hawk cameras. Your company’s existing phones and wireless service don’t need to change.
Each Hawk gets its own T-Mobile for Business data line so it can stay connected without Wi-Fi.
What if I already have T-Mobile for Business?
Even easier! Provide your T-Mobile Billing Account Number at checkout and we’ll add the new Hawk data lines to your existing business account.
Can I use the Hawk at my home?
Yes. Hawk can also be used for residential properties. The $59 promotional price is tied to a qualifying T‑Mobile for Business activation.
Don’t need business activation? You can still save. Get the Hawk for a special $139 — $40 off the regular $179 MSRP — no T‑Mobile for Business activation required.
Does the Hawk need Wi-Fi or power?
Neither. Hawk connects through its cellular SIM, just like your phone, so it doesn’t need Wi-Fi or wired internet.
For power, the included 8W solar panel charges its built-in 8,000mAh battery, making Hawk ideal for locations where running power or internet would be difficult.
How difficult is the Hawk to install?
There’s no need to run power or wired internet. Mount the camera and solar panel, connect the panel to the camera, and complete setup through the O-KAM Pro app. The solar panel should be installed where it can receive direct sunlight. What can I do from the O-KAM Pro app, and can my team access it too?
O-KAM Pro lets you view live video, move and zoom the camera remotely, receive alerts, review recordings, use two-way audio, control the siren, create activity zones, enable person tracking, and check your camera’s status from your phone.
You can manage multiple Hawk cameras from the app and share camera access with other members of your team.
How does recording and storage work?
Hawk gives you both cloud and local storage options.
Motion-detected events can be saved to O-KAM Pro cloud storage and reviewed from the app. Katalyst documents three days of cloud event history by default, with options to extend cloud storage up to 30 days.
For continuous local footage, Hawk supports a TF/microSD card up to 256GB. The camera is documented to save the last two days of uninterrupted footage to the TF card by default.
What's included with my Hawk, and what warranty does it have?
Each Hawk comes with the camera, 8W solar panel, solar panel wall mount, mounting hardware, and user manual.
Hawk also includes a one-year Katalyst limited hardware warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims are handled through the authorized reseller where the product was purchased.
